Installation Booking Request
Acceptance of Booking and Final Payments
Once you submit the booking form, we take one (1) business day to confirm availability with your chosen service centre or other nearby service centre. We will get back to you within a business day to confirm your booking or arrange another option .
Your final price will be confirmed once you attend your installation booking, where it will be determined based on your vehicle type and your eligibility for concession.
It is essential that you bring your required documentation to the installation of your alcohol interlock. If you do not produce these documents the installation cannot proceed and will be either cancelled or rescheduled.
Some service centres require a deposit in advance. When we call back to confirm your booking, we’ll let you know if this is the case and will inform you of how to arrange this directly with the service centre.
Cancellation
If your circumstances change and you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. If you paid a deposit, this deposit won’t be refundable.
If due to external events we are forced to cancel your booking, we will let you know as soon as possible and we’ll rescheduled according to your availability.
Privacy Policy
All information collected for the purposes of your booking will be securely stored and provided only to the approved Service Store of your choice. All information is treated in the strictest of confidence. Smart Start Interlocks abides by the Australian Federal Privacy Commissioner legislation (See our privacy policy ).
